before and after

today was my "crying day" aka a day where i could have the freedom to cry and not to have be anywhere, see anyone, or do anything in specific. :) it was actually really good and therapeutic too hehe.. this morning i spent time in reflection, lifting up special people, and giving it all to the Father... a lot of healthy tears were poured out and he's been teaching me a lot and drawing me closer to himself during this season of change! so PTL for a successful "crying day" hehe

sooo... speaking of change, a lot can change in 2 years. especially in china where it's developing in a blink of an eye! buildings change, roads change, tracks change, students change, places change, schedules change... but thankfully the Father never changes :) here's a few before and after shots that demonstrate change in my world. enjoy!

before: an empty empty apartment

after: a very very full apartment :)

before: the track right outside our kitchen window

after: the new track that is partially fixed and a brand new spankin' building too!

before: baby yi fan (our landlord's son)

after: grown yi fan and square head baby! :)

before: reborn as a freshman

after: rebord as a sophomore... with a baby bottle?? haha

before: first day visiting the office

after: this is what happens when i stay in the office too long :)
