the other day i was browsing through BCC news and one of their top read articles was about chinese graduates... the title is "Young and Unemployed". i know american graduate students are facing the same dilemma but something about the figures and pressures of a one child family and chances of making it are slimmer and harder.
"There are now six times as many graduates as there were a decade ago - over six million in total. The figure is the highest number of graduates anywhere in the world."
take a look at this article and the realities facing chinese graduates (including several of my old students) today... china is changing, growing, and going through a lot. please remember to lift up these students as they struggle and try to find hope in a seemingly hopeless society.
i can't link things so you can copy and paste this link :)
