one minute of FAMOUS.

proof of the media ambush!! this is how "foreigners celebrate the spring festival new years in China"... we look ABSOLUTELY normal, genuine, and happy- don't we? ;) hahaha

p.s. i finally experienced what it feels like to be someone's first foreign teacher- my freshman nursing girls today were adorable, full of energy and excitement to be in my class.. they were clapping, big smiles, repeated English words loudly, took pictures of me during class on their cell phones, leeched onto me after class asking for my phone number.. it was a little overwhelming and now i know what all the other teachers go through- everyday (almost!) haha.. bless their hearts.

p.s.s. i really didn't know what to say or what i was saying haha- i just had to speak awkwardly slow and say something about being chinese american in china for chinese new years- i think.

Awesome. I wish our team had spent Chinese New Year in China.

Good luck with classes!

"I AM CHINESE AMERICAN." That's my favorite part! And good job with going with the flow on Tuesday. It sounds like those girls are so sweet!
