junior journals

hi 2010.

so this past semester i gave my junior students (the one's i've taught for a year and a half now!) journals to write in usually with a question or free write- here's some of my favorite most memorable journal entries:

norhan: (reflecting on this past year and a half) "the past year is the happist time during my college time. I even can remember the first time I see you, and you was a little bit nervous at that time, but you was performed well!"

jacky: (what's your biggest fear?) "my biggest fear is watch terror film. in my memory, one day i was watching the film with my roommate. at the crux moment, one person hit my shoulder and made a grimace to me. i was frightened and after that i was never watch the terror films with them."

patricial: (if you could teach, what would you teach) "If i were a teacher, i must learn from you, love my students, love my job, and be kind-hearted"

kayla: (what makes your family unique) all my family are not good at running. although i am a country girl, i and my sister look like who live in a big city becuase we don't know how to cook, don't know many things that country girls should know how to do."

i <3 my students and will miss them dearly next term.... :(
