yep. it's been about a year since i've heard birds outside my window... since living in a city on the 20th floor you don't exactly hear birds very often chirping away. my bed is also smaller and harder than my bed in china, that's ironic. haha despite all the culture shock that happens every single time i leave china, i love being home. ESPECIALLY holding, kissing, cuddling, staring, taking pictures of, and being with my niece :)
it's only been a day since i've been here on american soil but it feels like a while and i even got to go on a few adventures in my mom's smart car, brother's moped, in-and-out burger, and the bathroom (i think when you're home you just feel more comfortable and free to use it more haha) anyways. enough talking, here's some pics :)
