happy chinese new years everyone!!
last night we "celebrated" by having some students from U of H over at the apartment to make dumplings! lots and LOTS of dumplings!! it was super fun, hot, painful (with the oil on the frying pan spitting at me), and different.. haha i'm sure it wasn't the most authentic or traditional way to celebrate chinese new years but it was still fun and great to be with family and new friends :) here's a few more pictures from the night!
