my pink and purple house slippers.

samson and i got in a small argument over a miscommunication and hurt feeling this morning on our 40 minute commute to work to teach ESL classes. after sitting a few minutes in the car talking it out, i was getting ready to get out of the car when i looked down and noticed i forgot my shoes!!! teaching shoes, that is! i still had on my pink and purple house slippers and there was no turning back! talk about embarrassing.. i decided to make the most of it in class by explaining the word "funny" and the story of how i forgot my shoes.. they got a good laugh.. and samson and i definitely got a good laugh- He knows when we need humorous moments to lighten things up :)
